RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Thank you for choosing SunKiss Swim LLC! We hope you are satisfied with your swimwear purchase, but if you need to return it, please carefully read the following return policy:

1. Scope of Application
   We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item. Applicable items must meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and all original labels and packaging (including opened and unopened products) must be retained.

Some items (such as underwear, swimsuit linings, etc.) are not returnable once sold for hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Request
   If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Contact our customer service team via email or phone, explaining the item you wish to return and the reason.

Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed return procedures.

Prepare Return Package: Pack the item with all original packaging and labels, and clearly indicate the return authorization number on the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to product quality issues or incorrect item delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.

In other cases, according to our return policy, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Return Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return request within 7-14 business days and issue a refund based on your payment method. Please note that refund processing time may also be affected by your payment institution.

5. Refund Method

The refund will be processed through your original payment method. If you purchased using a credit card, the refund amount will be returned to the original credit card account.

6. Unusable Items

If the received item is obviously defective or damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with an appropriate solution.
